Notices for Selection of Port Lighting

1.High power: Because the height of gantry crane is about tens of meters, it has the characteristics of wide adaptability and wide operating range. In order to meet the illumination requirements of the working surface, the power of general lamps should be more than 400W.
2.Long lifespan: Because of the high height of gantry crane, it is not easy to repair the lamp after damage, so it is necessary to install lamp type with long lifespan.
3.Safety and reliability: There are many kinds of cargo and complex environment on port wharf. It is necessary to equip safe and reliable lighting fixtures to ensure the lighting safety and prevent fire incidents caused by short circuit of lighting fixtures.
4.High level of protection: The port is always in a humid environment, so the requirements for the waterproof and dust-proof grade of lamps are higher. The lamps with high level of protection can prevent water vapor from entering the interior of the lamps and prolong the service life of the lamps. The lamp shell is made of high-quality aluminium alloy by die-casting. The outer surface is treated by high-voltage electrostatic spraying, which improves the overall anti-corrosion grade of the product. The whole lamp has an independent heat dissipation system. The power supply is designed with rubber seals, which plays a role of heat dissipation and waterproofing. The protection grade of the lamp reaches IP65, fearless of the humid environment of the port wharf.
5.Good light transmittance: Because of the heavy fog in the harbor terminal, in order to meet the illumination requirements of the harbor terminal working surface, the lighting lamps with good light transmittance must be used.
The lamp lens should made of imported PC material with high transmittance. The light effect is uniform and soft. It has two kinds of light distribution models: projection and flooding, which can meet the requirements of different field lighting.
