1.Illuminance Levels
General Requirements: The illuminance levels depend on the type of sport and the level of competition. For example, amateur football matches may require horizontal illuminance of 300-500 lux and vertical illuminance of 200-300 lux, while professional matches demand horizontal illuminance of at least 1000 lux and vertical illuminance of at least 750 lux. For large international events, horizontal illuminance should be no less than 2000 lux and vertical illuminance no less than 1500 lux.
2.Uniformity of Illuminance
General Standard: The illuminance uniformity should be maintained within ±20% to avoid visual disturbances caused by uneven lighting. This ensures that all areas of the sports venue are adequately lit.
