Stadium 1 is the centerpiece tennis stadium within the Indian Wells Tennis Garden in Indian Wells, California. Opened in March 2000, the stadium was constructed to host professional tennis events, most notably the annual BNP Paribas Open, one of the most prestigious tournaments on both the ATP and WTA tours.
