Stade Louis-II is an iconic football stadium located in the sovereign city-state of Monaco. Named after Prince Louis II of Monaco, who passed away in 1949, the venue serves as the home ground for AS Monaco, one of the most successful football clubs in French football. Stade Louis-II gained international recognition by hosting UEFA Super Cup matches between 1998 and 2012.
