The PreZero Arena, located in Sinsheim, Germany, is a modern football stadium and home to TSG 1899 Hoffenheim. Construction began in 2007 with a cost of €60 million, and the stadium officially opened on 24 January 2009 with a match between 1899 Hoffenheim and Energie Cottbus. For international football matches, the stadium has an all-seated capacity of 25,000 spectators. The venue is also equipped to host ice hockey and other events.
On 26 June 2011, PreZero Arena hosted its first-ever FIFA Women’s World Cup match. France defeated Nigeria 1-0, with Marie-Laure Delie scoring the decisive goal in front of 25,000 fans. During the tournament, the stadium also welcomed matches featuring Colombia, New Zealand, Sweden, Mexico, and the United States, showcasing its international profile.
On 9 September 2018, the stadium hosted its first match of the German national football team (Die Mannschaft). Germany defeated Peru (Los Incas) in front of 25,000 spectators. The venue has since been recognized as a home for high-profile national team fixtures, with Die Mannschaft being multiple-time FIFA World Cup and European Championship winners.

The match was temporarily suspended, and players from both sides symbolically passed the ball to each other to show solidarity before resuming the game.
