Home of Club Universidad Nacional (Pumas): Founded in 1954, Pumas UNAM has called this stadium home since its inception. The club’s greatest triumphs are rooted here: winning their first Liga MX title in 1977 and dominating the CONCACAF Champions’ Cup with three titles (1980, 1982, 1989). The club’s deep intellectual and community identity is inseparable from its university setting.
