Shahid Nassiri Stadium (formerly known as Takhti Stadium) is located in northern Tehran at an altitude of approximately 1,650 meters. Since its opening in 1971, it has been an important home of Iranian football culture. The stadium currently hosts Tehran Naft Football Club, a strong team in the Iran Pro League, and has a seating capacity of about 15,000 spectators.
